Bio Optimizer for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

Your bio is your first handshake. Make it one people remember.

What do you want your bio to get you?
Make the "before" match your real profile (optional)

πŸ”’ Private by design: your username is only used to load your public TikTok or YouTube profile. Your photo and texts never leave your device.

How it works

  1. 1Enter your profile

Your username or link, what you do and where you do it.

  2. 2Pick your goal

Leads, website visits or followers: each one needs a different bio.

  3. 3Copy & paste

See it on a phone screen, copy the new bio and paste it into your app.

What makes a bio that converts?

People decide whether to follow, message or tap your link in about two seconds. In that time your bio has to answer three questions: what do you do, who is it for (and where), and what should I do next. Most bios answer none of them. They're a quote, a few emojis or a list of hobbies.

Keywords in your name field. On Instagram, the name field (not your username) is searchable. Writing "Ana | Wedding Photographer Valencia" instead of just "Ana" helps you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do.

Your city is a filter, not a detail. For local businesses, clients want to know right away whether you serve their area. A πŸ“ line removes that doubt before they leave your profile.

One goal, one call to action. A bio that asks people to follow, DM, shop and subscribe gets none of it. If you want leads, ask for a message or a booking with a low-commitment offer (a free quote, a free consultation). If you want website visits, give a concrete reason to tap the link and point at it πŸ‘‡. If you want followers, promise a regular, specific benefit (daily tips, weekly videos).

Every platform has its own space. Instagram gives you 150 characters, TikTok only 80, and YouTube shows just the first line or two of your description on phones. That's why this tool writes a different version for each one and shows you exactly how it will look.

Frequently asked questions

Is this bio optimizer free?

Yes. No sign-up, no limits. Generate as many versions as you want.

Do you connect to my Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account?

We never ask for your password or access to your account. For TikTok we read your public display name, and for YouTube we read your public channel info (photo, banner, description, subscribers, latest videos). Instagram and TikTok don't let websites read your photo or bio, so for them both phones are recreated from what you type. Paste your current bio and upload your photo to make it match. Your photo stays on your device.

How many characters can an Instagram bio have?

150 characters for the bio and 64 for the name field. TikTok allows 80 characters for the bio. YouTube allows up to 1,000 in the channel description, but phones show only the first line or two, so the start matters most.

Which goal should I choose?

If you sell a service (photography, beauty, coaching, trades…) choose More leads. If you have a shop, a portfolio, a blog or a menu online, choose More website visits. If you're building an audience first, choose More followers.

Why does the bio include my city?

Local clients look for someone near them. Mentioning your city in the name and the bio makes you appear in local searches and builds trust instantly.

Can I add a link in my TikTok bio?

TikTok shows the website field only on business accounts or once you reach the follower threshold it sets. Until then, the bio itself must carry the call to action (for example "DM me for a quote").
